How to use it

  1. Choose your PDF

    Select a file or drop it onto the box. The tool shows how many pages it has.

  2. Choose rotate or delete

    To rotate, pick the angle and the pages, or leave the pages empty to turn every page. To delete, list the pages to remove.

  3. Download the new file

    Check the summary and download the result. Your original file is not changed.

Example: a scan with two sideways pages

Pages 4 and 5 of a scanned contract are on their side. Choose Rotate, type 4-5, pick 90°, and download. The other pages are left as they are.

Limits and limitations

  • The file can be up to 100 MB. Very large files can fail if the browser runs out of memory.
  • Password-protected PDFs cannot be opened. Remove the password in the program that made the file first.
  • Rotation adds to whatever turn a page already has. Turning a page by 90° twice gives 180°.
  • You cannot delete every page. At least one must stay.
  • Rotation is stored as a setting on the page, so viewers that ignore it will show the original orientation. Most viewers respect it.

Frequently asked questions

Is my PDF uploaded?

No. Your file is processed by JavaScript running in your browser and is not sent to a server. The page itself still loads from a web server like any website. This site can load advertising or analytics scripts, but only after you accept them in the cookie notice. They are separate from the tools, which never pass the files or text you work with to them.

Does rotating reduce quality?

No. The page content is not redrawn. Only the page's rotation setting changes.

Which way does it turn?

Clockwise. Choose 270° for a quarter turn anticlockwise.

Can I undo a deletion?

The tool creates a new file and leaves your original untouched, so you can always start again from the original.
